Vedic Bilona Process Gir Amritphal A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee is processed using the traditional- 3,000-year-old Vedic-Bilona method, which requires 30 Litres of Milk to make just 1 Litre of desi A2 ghee! We use whole milk curd set in a mud pot and not cream, to prepare pure A2 desi ghee, and butter is separated from the curdled milk using a bilona, and this butter is heated to prepare nutritious Desi A2 Cow Ghee. The cooking is slower and wood-fired in a brass vessel. A slower flame retains most of the nutrients in pure A2 desi ghee in contrast to higher temperatures.
