The indigenous breeds cow give 12 to 15 litre milk per day which is more nutritious than foreign breeds cow & the desi cows are never injected with hormones to enhance milk production. Our desi cow vedic bilona ghee is bi-directionally Churned With Chandon-wood churner. In 28 to 30 litre of milk 1kg ghee is made by long day process with slow heating milk on low flame of cow-dung, after that curd is made from the milk and goes on step by step. Curd is convert into yellow makhan[butter] by bidirectional rotating of curd in slow process and then by slow heating of makhan in earthen-pot utensils and finally our vedic ghee is made.
