The Process of Making Bilona Method Hand Churned Ghee- Process-1 Firstly the milk is collected from our dairy farm and then collected from the Nearby villages from the farmers. Only From Free Ranging Indian Desi Cows i.e. Bhartiya desi cows founded in Haryana. Instead of Getting fat from cream, Milk is first boiled on Cow Dung Cake And Wood and then curdled. Process-2 The curd and water are slowly churned in opposite direction as per Vedic process. Then Makkhan or Fermented Butter comes upward and separated from chhach / Lassi. This Method is also known as Bilona Method . The Wooden Made Instrument called Ravaiya i.e. is also known as Bilona. After this makkhan is seperated in different Vessel. Process-3 After Seperated Fermented Butter in different vessel used for making Ghee. In this process Heating this makkhan (boiling butter get clarified) on slow flame heating again on cow Dung Cake And Wood brings you the nutrients rich and desi LabhDhenu ghee. Process-4 At last stage know Pure A2 Cow ghee is ready and fermented butter turn in yellow Nutrient Rich Ghee. In final step ghee is filtered and fill in bottle and carefully pack and deliver directly From Our Farm To your Lovely Kitchen.
