Milk & Meadows A2 Desi Cow ghee is prepared using the under strict quality control method from the A2 milk of our free range, grass-fed Desi Cows. Yogurt is churned into cultured butter and gently heated over a wood-fired flame. Once the butter has clarified and releases a nutty aroma, the golden liquid is cooled, filtered and seal packed into glass jars. Cultured ghee contains only trace amount of caseins and is ideal for those who have lactose intolerance.
