Instructions:

- Hold the container up to a light source (e.g., a window or a lamp).
- Observe the oil’s transparency and clarity.
Expected Results:
- Pure Oil: The oil should be clear and transparent, allowing light to pass through easily.
- Adulterated Oil: The oil may appear cloudy, hazy, or contain visible sediments, reducing its transparency.
Limitations:
This test is best suited for clear oils and may not be applicable to darker or more viscous oils.
Caveats:
Ensure that the glass container is clean and free from any residue.
